Accessibility Statement
How StoreCommand AI works to make the service usable by everyone.
Last updated: 10 August 2026
Our commitment
StoreCommand AI is committed to making its website and application accessible to as many people as possible, including people who use screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, screen magnification or voice control. Accessibility is treated as part of our definition of done, not a later cleanup task.
Conformance status
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. The service is partially conformant: most of the product meets Level AA, and some areas do not yet fully meet it. Where we fall short we treat it as a defect and prioritise a fix.
What we do
- Semantic HTML with a single main landmark and a logical heading order on every page.
- Full keyboard operability, with visible focus indicators on all interactive controls.
- Accessible names on icon-only buttons, links and form controls.
- Colour contrast that meets AA for body text and interface text, and never colour alone to convey meaning.
- Dialogs, menus and popovers built on accessible primitives with correct roles and focus management.
- Live regions that announce generation results, errors and retry countdowns.
- Responsive layouts that reflow to 320px and support zoom to 200% without loss of content.
Known limitations
- Some data-dense catalog and activity tables require horizontal scrolling on very small screens.
- AI-generated content is produced from your prompts and store data, so we cannot guarantee its reading level or that generated image alt text is descriptive — review outputs before publishing.
- Charts and health meters convey trends visually; equivalent figures are provided in text alongside them, but detailed data exploration is not yet available in a tabular alternative.
- The embedded checkout and billing portal are provided by our payment provider, and their accessibility is outside our direct control.
Assistive technology support
We test with recent versions of Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Edge, and with VoiceOver on macOS and iOS and NVDA on Windows. We also run automated accessibility checks as part of our development process.
Feedback and reporting a barrier
If you encounter an accessibility barrier, email support@storecommandai.app with the page or screen, the assistive technology and browser you were using, and what you expected to happen. We aim to acknowledge accessibility reports within two business days and to give you a remediation plan or a usable workaround within ten business days. You can also reach us through our contact page.
Enforcement
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may raise the matter with the accessibility or equality regulator in your jurisdiction.
