If StoreCommand AI isn't right for you, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your order date. This applies to your initial purchase and to each renewal payment.

How to request a refund

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and handles refunds. Request a refund at paddle.net using the email address you purchased with, or email support@storecommandai.app and we will arrange it for you. Refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings. Cancellation stops future renewals and your access continues until the end of the current billing period. Cancelling on its own does not trigger a refund — request one as described above if you are within the 14-day window.
