My catalog looks empty
Add your store in Settings. The first sync runs immediately after the connection is verified and usually finishes within a few minutes for catalogs under 5,000 products.
A proposal won't apply
This normally means write scopes haven't been granted yet, or the product changed in Shopify after the proposal was drafted. Re-run the audit and the proposal will be regenerated against current values.
I need to undo a change
Open Activity, find the applied change and choose Revert. The stored before-state is written back to Shopify.
