Terms of Service

1. Who you are contracting with

These terms are an agreement between you and StoreCommand AI ("StoreCommand AI", "we", "us"), the provider of the StoreCommand AI service. Contact: support@storecommandai.app.

2. Acceptance

By creating an account, purchasing a plan or continuing to use the service you agree to these terms. If you use the service on behalf of a company you confirm you have authority to bind it; if you use it as an individual you confirm you are of legal age to enter a contract.

3. The service

StoreCommand AI connects to your Shopify store, audits your catalog and generates proposed merchandising, SEO and marketing content. Outputs are proposals: nothing is written to your store unless a workspace member approves it. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before use.

4. Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep it current, keep your credentials confidential and are responsible for all activity under your account and workspace.

5. Acceptable use

You must not:

• use the service unlawfully or for fraud, spam or deceptive marketing;
• infringe the intellectual property, privacy or other rights of any third party;
• interfere with the security or integrity of the service, including malware, probing, penetration attempts, scraping or circumventing technical limits or usage allowances;
• reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the service; or
• attempt to bypass content filters, generate unlawful, hateful, deceptive or infringing content, or produce content impersonating real people or brands without rights to do so.

6. AI-generated content

You are responsible for the prompts and store content you submit, for having the rights to that content, and for verifying the accuracy of any output before publishing it. Outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete and are not professional, legal, tax or financial advice. We may filter, refuse or remove content and may restrict or suspend accounts that misuse generation features. Rights holders may report infringing use to support@storecommandai.app; repeated or serious infringement will result in termination.

7. Intellectual property and licence

We retain all rights in the service, its software, documentation and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within your selected plan. You retain ownership of your store data and of the outputs you approve, and you grant us a limited licence to host and process your content solely to provide the service.

8. Payment and subscription terms

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, taxes, renewals, cancellations and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Paid plans bill monthly in advance and include a fixed allowance of AI actions. You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. See our Refund Policy.

9. Service levels

We aim for high availability but do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, timely or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. Where practical we will give notice and an opportunity to remedy. On termination you may export your data for 30 days, after which it is deleted in line with our Privacy Policy.

11. Liability

Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We exclude liability for indirect, consequential or special damages, including lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Nothing excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12. Indemnity

You will indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your use of outputs, your unlawful use of the service or your breach of these terms.

13. General

You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger or acquisition. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control. These terms are governed by the laws of the seller's jurisdiction, and the courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes. We may update these terms and will revise the date above; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
